3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Full payment is required before the start of training sessions unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions. For cancellations or rescheduling, refer to our cancellation policy below.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pawsitive Academy LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of its services or materials.

Training success depends on the client’s consistent application of exercises and guidance; the Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

All content, including training guides, videos, and resources provided by Pawsitive Academy LLC, remains the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not distribute, copy, or modify materials without prior written consent.
